The White Lounge lies in the center of the Ahorn Plateau at 2,000m above sea level. It is located almost 400m above the Ahornbahn mountain station.

 

Thanks to its closeness to the nearby mountain station of the new 8-person chairlift, it is easily reached by ski & snowboard, too.

 

But walking there does not take long either. The Panoramic Hiking Trail will lead winter hikers directly past the White Lounge (walking distance from the Ahornbahn mountain station to the White Lounge approximately 10 min.).

 

The Ahorn is especially famous for its breathtaking views. The Panorama Platform close to the White Lounge provides an unforgettable view over the Zillertal.

In only 6 1/2 minutes, Austria's biggest reversible ropeway can transport up to 160 guests over 3 kilometers to the Ahorn Plateau. The new bottom station is located directly in the center of Mayrhofen, only 500 meters from the Penkenbahn bottom station.

It guarantees for a perfect transport connection for our day guests at the White Lounge and our overnight guests and evening guests. Thanks to its exceptional size, the Ahornbahn also provides interesting possibilities for incentives, such as setting up a bar inside the gondola.
